July 4th Garden Work Day: Re-seeding Med Sci and taking care of Willcocks Planters

This week we focused our energy on re-seeding the Med Sci planters. Early in the spring, we planted many “spring harvest crops” such as lettuce, arugula, radishes, turnips, mustard greens and kale. Most of these veggies have either gone to seed or produced their maximum yields. We planted more pole beans, bush beans, hers and edible flowers.
