Dig In! Market Day: Spring Harvest and Seedling Sale

We had our first Market Day of the season on Thursday May 30th from 2-5pm on the corner of Willcocks and St. George. It was a great success, and we had a lot of fun talking to guests, sharing recipes and a love for campus grown organic produce.

Here are some pictures of the Market to check out.

Radish ready to be harvested! A good tip is to soak radishes in very cold water right after harvesting to seal in freshness.
